Quantified Citizen

Built with mushroom expert Paul Stamets, QC is a federated data collection platform for running decentralized clinical trials. Inspired by the quantitative self movement, I helped QC develop language to describe their business, with a comprehensive theory of change, research manifesto and GTM strategy.

The project involved a combination of stakeholder & expert interviews, qualitative research, and quantitative analysis of their existing marketing data. These insights were distilled into a brand manifesto, and a GTM roadmap to guide their efforts following a fundraising sprint.
